Timothy N. Taylor

Partner

Tim practices primarily in matters related to business law and entrepreneurship. He has extensive experience with business start-ups, shareholder and partnership relations, business acquisitions, commercial real-estate transactions, leasing, secured financings, corporate re-organizations, and estate planning and administration.

Tim has presented on a broad number of commercial law topics. He is a former lecturer at Robson Hall (University of Manitoba) and a seminar leader for articling students. Tim has also served his community on a number of Boards and Committees, including the Royal Winnipeg Ballet, Jazz Winnipeg Inc., Springers Gymnastics Club, the Urban Idea Centre, and the Community Revitalization Program in Fort Rouge.
