Kathleen Coutts


Kathleen is a Partner with Tapper Cuddy LLP.  She has extensive experience in all areas of litigation, with a focus on employment law, estate litigation, estate administration and commercial disputes.  Kathleen has appeared at all levels of Court in Manitoba, including various tribunals.  Kathleen has appeared before the Federal Court of Canada and has sought leave before the Supreme Court of Canada.

Kathleen is trained as an independent investigator conducting Workplace Investigations and has performed investigations for various private and institutional clients in relation to claims of sexual violence, sexual harassment, harassment, bullying, and workplace misconduct.  Kathleen also provides advice and recommendations to clients on how to navigate workplace claims of a serious nature, including managing employer and employee relations to ensure successful outcomes.  Kathleen advises private and institutional clients on all matters pertaining to employment law, including human rights, occupational health and safety, discipline and termination.

Representative Experience:
