Jason is an accomplished litigation counsel who practices primarily in the areas of disability insurance claims, personal injury, and other insurance matters. He has appeared at all levels of Court in Manitoba and at various tribunals and commissions advocating for his clients’ interests. Jason is also successful in utilizing other alternative dispute resolutions to settle his clients’ claims including through mediation.
Jason is a member of both the Manitoba and Canadian Bar Associations and volunteers his time serving on the Board of the Crescentwood Community Centre and coaching amateur hockey.
